Where do you deliver?
We deliver to your door at home, work or hotel room. We deliver from Manitou to Markscheffel and Pine Creek to Security.

Zones are determined by the distance from the restaurant to your zip code.

$15 minimum food order plus $4 delivery charge. Expect delivery within 45 - 60 minutes.

ZONE 2
$20 minimum food order plus $5 delivery charge. Expect delivery within 60 - 75 minutes.

ZONE 3
$25 minimum food order plus $6 delivery charge. Expect delivery within 75 - 90 minutes.

Can I order from more than one restaurant?
You may order from two or more restaurants. The minimum order and delivery charge will apply to each restaurant.

Can I order for lunch today?
Order by phone or online from 9 AM to 10 AM Monday - Friday. Delivery is available from select restaurants with $50 minimum food order. Earliest delivery is NOON for same-day orders.

Can I schedule a delivery before noon?
Early Lunch and even Breakfast are available from select restaurants by ordering at least one day in advance. When placing an advance order online, add ONE HOUR to the scheduled delivery time.

Can I order for delivery tonight?
Order by phone or online from 5 PM to 8:30 PM Monday through Saturday. Use the ADVANCE ORDER button to schedule your delivery for this evening or up to a week later.

Can I order from a restaurant outside my delivery area?
After peak time, we may be able to accommodate your request by phone. We recommend placing the order at least one day in advance. A higher delivery charge and minimum order will apply.

When is Dine In Delivery closed?
ALL Sundays, January 1, Memorial Day, Independence Day, August 15, Labor Day, November 1, Thanksgiving, December 8 and Christmas. We may close early if road conditions become hazardous for the meal couriers.

How do I remove an item from my order?
Click DELETE next to the item.

How do I order more than one of an item?
Click on the EDIT button and type in the number of orders you want.

How do I request a substitution?
Click EDIT next to the item. Type in your request: "Mashed potatoes instead of fries." Please note that some restaurants do not allow substitutions on certain items.

How do I add something extra?
Click EDIT next to the item. Type in your request: "Extra ranch" or "ADD a side of marinara." Some restaurants charge for extras and your total may be adjusted.

How do I request something be kept out of my food?
Click EDIT next to the item. Type in your request: "NO tomatoes" or "ALLERGY - NO onions."

Can I order beverages?
We deliver bottled water and sodas when they are available at the restaurant. Fountain drinks, wine and alcohol are not available for delivery.

Why are there more restaurants in the delivery catalog than on the website?
We deliver for restaurants located all over the city. When you logon to the website, the restaurants within your general delivery range will appear.

When are you getting more restaurants?
We would like to deliver for as many restaurants as possible. However, we have to be under contract by the restaurant to provide delivery for them. You can help by telling your favorite restaurant's owner/manager you want us to delivery their food to you.

Do you handle large groups?
We provide drop off catering with platters or individual meals for your party, meeting or training session with as little as one day notice for any size group. We can also provide bottled water, soda, plates and utensils.

Once placed with the restaurant, orders cannot be cancelled. Dine In Delivery is not a partner or joint venturer in restaurants and restaurants have no involvement in the operation of Dine In Delivery. Restaurant coupons and specials are not valid on delivery.

What is a customary tip?
The delivery charge is for the cost of processing your order and your meal courier's mileage expense. It does not compensate them for their time. Your meal courier works primarily for tips; 15% to 20% is customary. Food orders over $50 will include a 15% service charge.

Can I pay by card?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express on our secure website. Please have the card and ID ready for the meal courier.
|

Will the courier have change if I pay cash?
Meal couriers carry less than $20 change. There is a $5 fee to break a large bill for more than $20 change.

When will I get my food?
The times listed in STEP 1 for each zone are AVERAGE and are NOT GUARANTEED. Restaurant efficiency, weather and traffic conditions, courier availability and/or delays beyond our control may affect delivery time. Usually your meal courier is waiting at the restaurant for your order to be prepared. Your meal courier packs your order in an insulated carrier and delivers it directly to you fresh from the restaurant.

Does the meal courier check my order?
For your health safety assurance, meal couriers are not allowed to open containers. Your meal courier relies on the restaurant staff to prepare and pack your order accurately. Please take a moment to check your order before your meal courier leaves.

Do I get confirmation my order went through?
You will receive a confirmation email, including a list of your entire order and total. Please verify the listed phone number is one we where can reach you if there is a question about your order.

Who do I call if there is a mistake with my order?
Please call the office at 719-634-6747 within thirty minutes of delivery (leave a message if after 8:30 pm) when your order is incomplete or incorrect. We will get incorrect items replaced, missing items delivered or arrange for a credit towards your next order. Credits cannot be applied to online orders. To use your credit, please call the office to place your next order.

How do I change my email account?
We are unable to change email account information. A new account will need to be created and verified.

I moved - how do I change my address or phone number?
The site will prompt you to call and activate your account after any changes to your delivery information are made.
