 The delivery charge is for the cost of processing your order and your meal courier's mileage expense. It does not compensate them for their time. 
Your meal courier works primarily for tips; 15 to 20% is customary.
(A 15% service charge is included on food orders over $50.00).

Once placed with restaurant, orders cannot be cancelled. 
Dine-In Delivery is not a partner or joint venturer in restaurants and restaurants have no involvement in the operation of Dine-In Delivery.
